Valentines Day Wells Notice Round-up

I hope everyone had a great Valentines Day and aftermath. The SEC, for its part, sent love letters out to a number of companies this past week, including clothier Guess, whose COO looks to be answering some pointed questions. Shoeseller Footstar also recieved a wells notice in relation to ongoing enforcement proceedings. The company previously reported financial discrepencies in its books from 1997-2002.
