Former Gemstar Exec Settles with the SEC on Fraud Charges

Elsie Leung, the former Gemstar CFO who was fired back in April '03 as the accounting scandal battered the home of TV Guide has agreed to a $1.3 million settlement with regulators. Luckily, it seems, Leung received roughly $10 million as a part of her departure agreement with Gemstar.
