SEC on the Move

The SEC is headed back towards Ground Zero to new digs at 3 Financial Center. The agency had previously resided at 7 World Trade Center, which was destroyed in the 9/11 attacks and recently signed a 10 year lease at the Woolworth Building on Broadway . The number of SEC staffers has grown from 340 to 410 since 2001 and the new space will accommodate what is expected to be continued growth for the agency.
